Sheppard’s Pie

I am almost 1 month, 1 week post op. This pureed stage has been hard for me. My tummy has been really picky. This went down great though so I thought I would share.



Sheppard’s pie


Ground turkey

chicken stock

mash potatoes

frozen carrots and peas

kosher salt

Olive Oil


sazon packet (orange packet)

ff cheese

Cook ground turkey on top of stove with ,olive oil,kosher salt,garlic, sazon packet, then add peas and carrots and mix all together

Make mash using chicken stock(instead of water) and follow box instructions

Pour meat mix into glass dish, top with a layer of mash and sprinkle with fat free yellow cheese.

Bake at 350
